i am toxic

i feel guilty and sad and i just wanna hug someone i need to stop venting and bottle up my feelings so other don't get sad

i wanna feel the pain that others go through

venting is bad because it means that im making others feel bad for me so therefore im toxic and just want attention me just saying this means i want attention
