Calvin is a soon to be father of 2. He has always had trouble sleeping, ever since he was a kid. Calvin tossed and turned in his bed but he just couldn’t find rest. He felt a sense of eyes being pierced through his skin, like someone was staring at him. He opens his eyes to see a hideous creature standing over him, long sharp teeth in the shape of a grin. He turned over to get his wife, Marissa, whom was fast asleep but by the time he turned back the monster was gone. Calvin feared he was hallucinating so he told Marissa he was going to go wash his face. Calvin goes down to the kitchen and splashes some water from the sink onto his face. He notices his wife peek around the corner, checking on him. Somethings not right. As he looks at Marissa, somethings off. She looked normal, same old Marissa. Or maybe thats just what he wanted to believe. Because deep down inside. Calvin knew. That the moment he left his room, Marissa and his unborn children were murdered. By who? No, by what.

It was no human he saw staring over his bed. It was a monster, waiting to strike.
