okok let me drop this mans lore cause like im bored asf He and his father were hunters, owning a fairly well-known meat shop in the small town he was from. He and his father mainly hunted w/ bows, which explains his crazy accuracy. And that scar, he got it bc his little brother was being dumb with an arrow and he got slashed while he was trying to take it away 👽. one day this man right here got tired of hunting, and decided to study all sorts of medicines, cause and effect of different substances, and etc. While he was away, gathering material at his local herb shop, his town was invaded by bounty hunters. millions of torches lit, and all sorts of sharp objects pointed at each other. He, ofc, ran and climbed up a tree, where he was safe, as he watched half of his childhood village slaughtered in front of him. When he thought it was safe to go down, he immediately got chased by 4-8 hunters who were left behind searching. He ran past houses, and eventually reached his family shop, where inside was (1) 🤯

He teared up, and blinded by rage, he took the spear right out of his Father and faced the 4-8 hunters. he ended up winning bc logic 🤷 He dramatically grieved over his parents, but got up and packed up the medicine he had studied, and headed off. He just so conveniently ran into a demon, and he ofc faced him. a few hours pass and he's still facing the demon bc he's just running around and throwing sticks at it, a low ranked demon slayer finally finishes the job. He just left Eli in awe, and he immediately pleaded him to teach him fighting abilities. bro gets ignored, so like any desperate person, he follows him to the Demon Slayer HQ, and he magically gets accepted to train, but he whines saying that he isn't built for that and instead learns his own way (bow and arrows). He finally becomes a slayer, and secretly goes around healing during battles, (2) 😎

Well, he didn't last long before getting interrogated. This reached the butterfly mansion quickly, and he got offered a position there as a nurse/doctor guy.
