You have a really good sense for color theory, literally none of these colors clash 🔥🔥 I'd say it'd be cool to see you draw more dynamic poses because it's kind of easy to get stuck in the loop of drawing characters just standing there... Kinda stunted my growth for awhile

Oh yeah i usually try to do that off fa because fa is super limited but it could be a good challenge too, i used a color pallette for the custom orange cat drawing from coolors and idrk color theory i just get colors until thye look nice

For character sheets, something you could try is drawing the front and back of a character, just so it's easier for them to be drawn at other angles. also, adding more variance to backgrounds helps, even if its just some smudgy details, it can help characters have a better feeling of belonging in a piece. I also see people use angled borders, and it adds more energy to a character. Also, try to experiment with perspective/ line of action. It helps make a super dynamic character, and depending on how you do it, it can help show the personality of your character. Other than that, I think you're good! I love your color palettes, and your line work is nice.
