LinkYou were friends with this kid named Kyle, one day you and him were hanging out at a beach Kyle went to go get some food, he was taking a while, you looked to see where he was and saw him having some argument with a middle aged man. You knew he could handle it so you turned back to whatever you were doing before. Kyle didn’t come back with food. He never even came back, you sat on a bench until the evening then your parents came and picked you up. Kyle had just vanished no evidence of where he went or anything. After a while everyone just assumed he was dead and his parents were devastated. Flash forward a few years and you were at a restaurant when you see a teenager who looked identical to Kyle but a few years older. The kid even sounded like him, the only difference was this teenage had a odd scar over their eye. You felt something inside you say “ this is Kyle he’s standing right there, go say hi”.

Kid:....* looked at a man standing next to them ( probs their dad) and then Walked over to you*
Sunny- I was thinking the same thing! all though if i did know you i haven't had friends for a few years
Kyle: ....well, I may know you. I just don’t remember * he chuckled*
Sunny- Yeah... I guess *she takes a sip of the apple juice she has*
Kyle: ofc I remember nothing from a few years ago, my dad said something bout an accident, or something he never really explained and gets really weird when I ask him about it.
Sunny- Ohh.. A while ago me and my friend were at the beach and he went to go get food but disapered. I tried to gather a search party it worked! all though everyone gave up they declared him dead

Sunny- Well i dont think he is your dad *she go digs around her bag and pulls out a picture*
Kyle: no the other guy in the photo- obviously that’s the guy I’m talking about!
Sunny- *clears her throat* anyways i best get going! cant be late again
Kid:....I...I don’t know? I mean I might have at one point but I had a accident a few years back and remember nothing from before then.
Kid: I....don’t know...my dad treats it like a desase....he refuses to tell me.
Kid: * points To a middle aged man, who looked like the guy Kyle had been arguing with,* that’s my dad...
Alice: *looked at him and recognized who he was* H-Him? T-That's not your dad.
Alice: k-kyle he isn't your dad. Y-your parents are back at home.. they were worried about you..
Kyle:....how do you know my name...? And he’s my adoptive father....he said my parents were abusive and cruel...
Alice: W-we are friends.. or we were... before you disappeared.. W-we went to the beach together a-and you went to go get some f-food but you never came back..
Kyle:.......* he glanced behind him at the man the. Back at alice*.....
Kyle:.........but....why would he lie to me...? Why would he make me forget every about myself? Why would he kidnap me and tell me I’m his son?....
Alice: That I don't know.. But I remember that you two were arguing but i don't know what it was about..
Kyle:.....* he walked away from the guy and hide behind alice*....
Alice: I-I'll be there to protect you. So L-Let's go to the police and tell them about him.
Alice: Oh.. uh did your uhm fake dad ever hurt you or did anything to you?..
Kyle:.... no, not physically....it was there when I woke up in the hospital...
Alice: the hospital? do you remember why you were in the hospital?..
Kyle: ...accident that happened, it’s the reason I lost my memories..
Alice: Oh.. Did your fake dad ever tell you about the accident?.. and Why did you believe him when he said he was your dad?..
Kyle:...no,...and he said that he was adopting me because my real parents were abusive
Athena looked at him for a moment then got up to greet him. As soon as she got to him she brushed some hair out of her eyes "hey kyle- long time no see.."
"O-oh sorry i thought you were someone else...." She seemed rather dissapointed and stepped back letting her hair fall back in her eyes to hide the tears forming. She admitted she missed her friend and a few tears fell but her hair successfully hid them
Kid:.....oh gosh I’m sorry, did I hurt you I miss sorryyyyy * completely freaking out*
"N-No its f-fine" she sniffed and stepped back a few steps "i-ill be going now.."
Kid: * he grabbed your shoulder* uh..if you want we could be friends ^^
She smiled a bit "Its fine... I barely know you anyways. Im sorry for the misunderstanding..." She turned to walk away and wiped away a few more tears falling.
She walked out of the place and into an ally where she took a fee deep breaths then just fell on her knees crying, she knew how sensitive she could be, so why did she bother? Her arc-angel wings and halo suddenly appeared and she wrapped herself in her wings sobbing.
She didnt realize he was there, she kept sobbing and her halo drooped and started to slowly dim.
She seemed startled at the sudden speaking and looked left and right then spotted him. "O-Oh..." *sniff* "Yeah... i'm fine..."
Kid: that I saw an obvious lie, I’m not stupid ya know. * he had kyle’s playful nature, just toned down a bot*
She seemed a bit confused and brushed the hair out of her face. "Kyle...?"
Kid: uh...yeah, my name’s Kyle. It’s a pretty normal name I think?
her eyes widened and more tears struck her eyes. she smiled and hugged him "You're back...." *sniff*
she fluttered her wings slightly and looked away sadly "You don't remember do you...."
Kyle:.....no, don’t take it personally though. I had a accident a few years back and remember nothing from before then.
