She is also from a lab. She is fail 15. She was let go though, but only because she was able to make a deal with the lab employees. The deal was she had to use her Halloween powers and kill the children in her old town to be set free. And of course she did, then she left the town and went to the same town as sparkle and steam. She is sorta psycho, and she is a little creepy, but she is sorta evil, but she’s mostly good, so yeah
