LinkI think msulims can listen to songs. My mom listens to them all the time and she sings some too. But I believe it is not okay to play instruments. Only the vocals I think

LinkI believe in some parts of Asia muslims say it's okay and some don't. Where I'm from it's perfectly fine as long as you don't play a musical instrument for a living. You can listen to music and sing a little if you want. However, Islam forbids you to listen to music during a fast no matter what. This is just what I believe in. :D
