Long time no see. ^^ and I've made a couple things over the week. Including some creepy-a** bs and an oc. -w- XD
Maybe she could meet tsuyu or something, although she's a villainous oc. She actually doesn't really wanna hurt anyone, tbh. And she was created in a lab accident. She kinda has a problem with her powers, tho. And she doesn't have many friends, either. /w\"
Just look here for info on her powers. She probably would get along well with tsuyu, although she's very shy. ^^" also, there's a 50% chance that her powers can weaken whoever is affected by them.
