Rigel is the commander of the gates/doors of The Nither World, there are 3 gates, one is the Gate to the Light Side of the Neither World and one is to the Dark Side of The Nither World, and the other's to the abandonment Rings, and on the other side way over there is a gate to Element City where Pistol is, Pistol was born half human half Horse from a blood transplant from when he was a baby!
