LinkI think you should make the faces less lengthy and more wide because it's a little like disproportionate, with the neck and shoulders anatomically correct but the head is so long and thin.

Before I start this I must say nobodies art can be exactly perfect! But yours is quite amazing. And you dont see your art everyday now. So I think you should be proud of it

the head is way too small for the body and the shoulders are too broad
the hair also flows over the head weirdly so it looks like the character has a chunk taken out of their head
the shading is pretty good, although the drawing looks kinda flat because there doesn't seem to be any light source???? there's just the simple shading on the face, underneath the chin and beside the clothing
i would recommend looking at images of still life or just looking at objects around the room and noting on how the shadows flow over the object
it also helps to imagine a specific spot where the light source is (e.g. the top left corner) so you know where and where not to draw the shading
oh! and i recommend to just keep practicing! over time you'll learn how to draw better and little tips and trick that'll really help ^^!
