He’s of an unknown species, how the species hunts is they will create an illusion of a young child standing by the road so passing creatures will stop to help the child, they will then silently come out from their hiding place and will eat the creature that’s trying to help the illusion child. And only others of the species can tell that it’s an illusion. The ways to not get killed by one of the species: -Not helping the child. Just ignore it and walk by, try and not to act nervous or be afraid -Be the friend of the creature. They are very trustful and they would never hurt you if you’re their friend -Find it and stab it in the eyes before it can kill you. One of the few weak places of them is the eyes.
