Yeah for me what helps is conjoining routines like ten pushups then brush your teeth then ten more pushups, it makes it fun in a way

If you’re like me and have adhd and constantly forget to or never have time to get to a gym then do this whenever you havE the Chance, every time you go to the bathroom do wall pushups or anytime you wake up do a few sit ups and make it part of your routine
