i am so ding dang proud of you. we endured horrible, horrible things that children should not have had to experience. and as a result our brain protected us in a way that would increase our chances to survive. its hard, i know, living with others in your head can be messy sometimes. and that is okay. whether youre looking for final fusion or functioning as a system, i am so so so proud of you for being so strong and resilient. it might feel like youre at the lowest low and barely scraping by, but that is okay. you are managing with what you can. you are surviving. you are here and that is what matters. remmeber that some of those alters are there to help you and keep you safe. they were made to keep you alive. and if that is not enough, and it makes you feel more stranded and alone, you have an entire system community out here. you have people like us, who are still figuring it out because it was a recent discovery, and you can figure things out alongside us too! we love you! and we are proud! -T
