yesterday I experienced the sharpest strongest pain I’ve ever had in my life in my stomach and I had a fever yesterday too but it went away quick but it still hurts like hell and I walk extremely slow💔

idk what to do because i probably can’t go to school tomorrow but I HAVE to because I have state testing and I can’t miss another day of school at all because I ran out of days s9 I don’t know what to do
