When Rozu was 12 yrs old, she had a best friend named Mary, that she always liked to play with. They liked to race, pick fruit from Rozu's garden that she grew, and play other games together. One day when it was getting late, the girls decided to have a race to the house. But when Rozu was running in front of Mary, Mary had disapeared. Rozu kept calling Mary's name but there was no answer. Just then She heard rustling in the bushes behind her. She turned around and saw a demon eating her best friend and her family. She was traumatized, but she grabbed an axe her father uses to slice wood, and swung at the demon. She tried her best to defend herself and to hit the demon, but the demon dodged the attacks, and scratched Rozu's leg. Rozu fell on the ground and passed out. Suddenly, Mitsuri The Love Hashira, came and slayed the demon. She saw Rozu's injured leg and pitied her. She saw Rozu's family has been slayed and she felt really guilty for not being there in time to save them.

Basically, Mitsuri just takes Rozu to her place and trains her to become a hashira, lol.

More stuff abt Rozu: She is compassionate, kind, she loves food and flowers, she smells like roses, she is animated, and she likes to give ppl hugs. lel :3
