"Good Morning, Quarter 3 grades were recently posted in Aspen. Upon review of those grades, as well as their previous quarter grades, it looks like your student is at risk of failing one or more courses. This email is to alert you to this concern and encourage your student to be in communication with their teacher(s) and complete all work on time. Please feel free to reach out to your students’ teacher(s) with any questions regarding their course. As a reminder, final grades for year long courses will be an average of each of the four quarter grades received throughout the year and final grades for semester long courses will be an average of the two quarter grades received that semester. If your student does not pass a required course this year or make it up during summer school, they will need to retake the course next school year.
