hey im really sorry thats going on with you man
you should definitely talk to your doctor about getting medication, they can only prescribe so much before you'll need to get in touch with a physiatrist. it can take a long time to find the right med/dosage not to mention meds can take a long time to take affect
so dont worry if you don't notice any changes right away ^^ meds cant fix everything but hopefully they'll be able to help you, it may take a while though so just hold on for now
