when i see someone with a self harm injury, or i see someone with like. cuts i immediately check my wrists and neck for them. and for no reason i get really paranoid sometimes so there was a drawing of a person with a . slit. throat. and the first thing i did was use my hand to check my neck for a cut. does anyone do this also when people describe SH i usually check is this just me is this not normal
