Basically, Vulturestar was once an exile from a faraway Tribe. The Tribe itself doesn't matter, but what did matter was that Vulturestar, formerly Vultureshadow, was a young rogue caring for their family.
A ghost cat visited them in their dreams and gave advice/counsel, guiding them through their life and helping them succeed, joining a Clan, so and so. Ever since, Vulturestar has been communicating with the cat a few times in their dreams, and sometimes the spirit sent omens.
BUT
This ghost is actually a dead cat who's neither in cat heaven nor hell, and Starclan would let them in if they did something good or reflected on their actions. They encountered Vulture while wandering the land, and they decided to use them to get them into Starclan by helping them, from rogue to leader. Now, vulture is a leader while this cat is in starclan, using omens and false prophecies to mislead Vulture.
TL; DR
- Vulture was aided by a manipulative ghost cat to become a Clan leader, and the ghost is just using them lo

Adderthorn was still in Thunderclan territory, hiding himself in bushes, therefore he would be less easy to spot. Soon, he reached the wall between Thunderclan and the twoleg place. He perked his hears and rotated as he heard a loud conversation. "These kittypets nowadays don't know how to keep their mouths shut." He grumbled.

-She nodded and got to her paws and headed over to the medicine cat den before flopping down next to it and dozing, their ears still perked up to listen to their surroundings.-
------
-They soon reached back to the wall and Mockery let go of his neck and jumped onto the wall, sighing and sitting down-
-She froze as he padded out of the den and sneezed as the leaf fell on their nose and jumped up to her paws.
"Got everything taken care of so fast?" They asked
------
-"Well then you're home you can go back to your twolegs," They said and curled up on the wall, not even bothering to go back to their Colony-
"Without telling me of Xivi?"Gravel said with a growl and glared down at them. "I've already told you this before last time you snuck away to hang out with that 'friend' of yours and you know what happened to them because of you. You should know better by now." He snapped at them and Mockery's fur bristled , how dare he!
"I didn't do anything but become friends with a loner , but the moment you found out , you went ahead and killed them right in front of me! None of that was my fault so don't even think about blaming me!" They spat at him.
((I love how Dove is just chilling while chaos is happening halfway across the twoleg place 💀))
WARRIOR CATS STUFF LMAO, I feel so bad for laughiing at my oc suffering attempted murder when I was the one who agreed to it 💀)) Twig'Snake screeched in pain and with one final desperate effort , kicked him off, pain ringing throughout her entire body as she got to her paws and ran without hesitating, knowing that it'd probably better not to drown and bleed out at the same time (because who does that /j)

Where the events of Adderthorn's occurred, Bayouflood wasn't too far. The gray and white tom leaped from branch to branch, hooking his claws into the bark for a secure grip. He stopped though, as he swore he heard the sound of some cats from below. "Huh..." The commander looked below from the trees, just in time to see a brown blur. Bayouflood's ears twitched, wondering what to do. He began to leap from branch to branch again, following the brown cat from above to try and figure out what was going on, and he'll see if he should intervene.
Bayouflood
He noticed how the brown feline slowed to a stop, and he stopped on the branch directly above her. He squinted for a better look, and he caught a glimpse of blood on the feline. Realization switched to concern, and he decided to act now. The commander scaled down the tree and cautiously approached Twigsnake, noting the strong metallic scent. He looked in the direction he came from then back at her, checking for signs of life. *What should I do...?*
bozo just lost Warrior Cat Mario Kart, 'course he's mad) also I have no idea what im saying)
Bayouflood
The gray and white feline caught a slight flinch, a sign Twigsnake was hanging in there... but barely by the looks of the wound. He frowned and considered the options: to report this to the leader or take matters into his own paws. Recognizing the Shadowclan scent, he knew the leader wouldn't be happy to hear of a trespasser on their isolated grounds. He was conflicted but shook his head, deciding to help. Perhaps a medic could assist them. "Hey," he spoke to them. "Can you walk?" Probably not, but worth asking.
Bayouflood
The commander’s frown deepened, knowing that her condition seemed grave. “…Okay,” he said slowly, trying to conjure a solution. He felt weird for not telling his leader about this… but the thought of the leader dealing with the Shadowclan cat made him uneasy. “I’ll… go get a medic in a moment. Hang in there, Shadowclan cat.” With that, the scout left to find a medic in his camp, wondering if he was making the right choice.
Bayouflood
Bayouflood was gone for some time, but he soon arrived with another cat by his side. “I’ve returned with assistance,” he said, as the medic came to aid the injured feline. The medic was old, her fur knotted and unkempt, but she still had spirit in her steps.
“Goodness, what happened to you?” The medic questioned as she got to work, using cobwebs to try to stop the bleeding.
Owlsnatch
Meanwhile, Owlsnatch was in camp, skipping out on their warrior duties today. They opened an eye at the sound of paw steps, wondering who has arrived at Shadowclan camp.
(Typing on iPad now so sorry if that was short and wacky, bear with me 😭)
Bayouflood
Bayouflood watched as the medic, Comettwist, patched up the wounds to the best of her ability. He didn't need much convincing to bring her out here, and he hoped she wouldn't tell the leader about this. "I couldn't see who was responsible for the attack in time," he started, "But once you're better, perhaps we could investigate...?"
Comettwist used a poultice and applied it to Twigbranch's wounds. "I'd be careful if you plan on going to Shadowclan territory," she murmured. "We're not on best terms with the other Clans..."
Owlsnatch
Owlsnatch raised an eyebrow and decided to approach Adderthorn, unbothered by his intimidating aura. "What's up with you?" they asked with a tilt of their head. "Did someone put thorns in your nest or something? Or do you usually look pissed off?" As they awaited an answer, they scented the air to figure out where Adderthorn came from, or at least a hint of what might've happened.
Owlsnatch
The warrior didn't completely anticipate Adderthorn to reply with such a tempered tone, assuming he'd attempt to compose himself. Amusement danced in their heterochromatic gaze. "I just think it's funny the almighty warrior is pissed off over 'one little thing,'" they replied, mockingly quoting Adderthorn. "What's bugging you?" Their tufted ears twitched, catching an unusual scent from the tom, but they didn't betray their suspicion.
Bayouflood
Bayouflood mewed, "Of course. It felt wrong to leave you alone..." Although his Dynasty stayed away from the other Clans, he didn't express the same hatred most of his comrades shared. "I have a feeling the Shadowclan leader will wonder where their warrior has gone though..."
Comettwist looked mildly troubled as well. "Well, she's in no state to walk back there today," she said and looked at Twigsnake. It was a rather tight situation. If Bayouflood and Comettwist's leader knew of this, he wouldn't be happy. "You may have to stay here for some t

Bayouflood
The commander nodded. "If me and Comettwist stayed any longer, our leader would question our whereabouts... We might have to go." He paused. "However, would you be okay on your own? I don't know the culprit behind the attempted murder... but not knowing where they are right now puts me in a bit of unease."
Bayouflood
"Alright," he said. "Comettwist and I will return to our group then. We wish you safe travels back." With a dip of his head, he turned and left.
Comettwist said, "Be careful not to reopen your wounds... and I'd be wary, knowing there's a free culprit out there." With that, the two left.
Owlsnatch
They laughed, masking whatever suspicion they had towards Adderthorn. They weren't sure when to press on the topic just yet. "You're just going to make a fool out of yourself," they said once they were done laughing, eyes squinting with amusement. "At least Windclan wasn't around to witness your embarrassing attempt. That would've been humiliating." *Should I report to the leader, or deal with this myself?* they thought to themselves.
(don't mind me just suddenly appearing!!)
Darkvern(SC-Female): Grooming herself to keep her fur in line, she catches a glimspe of the two cats(Adderthorn&Owlsnatch; they're at camp right..?) who seemingly seems to be having a good laugh to themselves. She frowned, hating the sight of laughing and what seemed to be teasing. She kept to herself and studied them from afar.
omg real?! Don't watch at 3 AM?)
And yes, @Error, they're at camp :]!)
Owlsnatch
The gray feline's whiskers twitched with amusement, unaware that Darkvern was spectating the conversing cats. "Anyway, joking aside," Owlsnatch started, "What were you really doing?" While they still grinned at Adderthorn, curiosity flickered in their heterochromatic gaze. This time, their voice had lowered, creating a shift in their tone.
Bayouflood
Bayouflood talked with Comettwist on the way to camp, wondering what could be going on with the four Clans. The Crescent Dynasty didn't bother to keep up to date with Clan news since most cats believed it wouldn't concern them. However, the news of a potential murderer in the territories was a warning sign that they should change their mindset.
Darkvern:
Overhearing Owlsnatch's words, her mouth curved to a shape similar to an "o". Their words had intrigued her as her ears perked up, twitching just the slightest. She gets up from her spot, stretching her back before leaping off of the rock, landing on two perfectly before setting the other two. She stalks off into the bushes to figure out what they were both up to.

The warrior laughed, but their gaze was intense, fully focused on Adderthorn... trying to find a sign of another slip-up. "I think you know what I mean, silly Adder," Owlsnatch spoke. Their gaze seemed sharp, like a bird studying a snake's movements before swooping down. "You can be open with your clanmate."
Owlsnatch
The warrior wasn't intimidated by Adderthorn's glare, but were they supposed to be at least a little frightened? Again a chuckle left their maw, continuing to use pressure as a tactic. "Suuuuuuuuuure," they said, dragging on the word. "C'mon, what aren't you telling me?" They leaned a little forward, grinning even more.
Adderthorn tried not to show any fear, but Owlsnatch was getting to him, slowly but surely. Adderthorn leaned back as Owlsnatch leaned in, he bared his fangs, feeling threatened and pressured. Knowing Owlsnatch, they probably wouldn't leave him alone until he told them, so he gave up and made a decision. "If you want to know, then lets at least go somewhere private, because what I did is pretty bad." he snapped, then whispered in his ear, "If you dare to tell a single soul, then be prepared for what happens to you next." he threatened.
Darkvern:
She loved this tension. She loved it. Loved it. Taking in this feeling for herself, it fueled her, drawing her in like a moth to a flame. She remained still in the bush, with the only action breaking it being a quick lick to her muzzle.
Featherpaw:
Wondering where her mentor had stalked off, she pushed the old bedding of an elder's nest away, looking towards the exit of the den. Probably starting up some trouble, wouldn't surprise her. She continued to rearrange the nest with fresh new moss, pushing it tight together.
Owlsnatch
Their grin morphed into one of triumph, satisfied that they'd be getting what they wanted. After all, they liked it when things went their way. "Hm, okay," they said, partially taking this seriously. Owlsnatch leaned back, smirking at the fact they got through to him. "Lead the way," they said, straightening their posture.
Owlsnatch
Owlsnatch wasn't too far behind, following Adderthorn out of camp. They noticed how they strayed further and further away from campgrounds, raising their suspicions. However, they shrugged to themselves and kept on walking. "Soooooooo," they started, speaking lowly still. "What is it?" They took a moment to look back in the direction they came from, before refocusing their attention on Adderthorn.
Adderthorn stopped and looked around, making sure nobody had followed them and was eavesdropping on them. "I tried to kill Twigsnake." Adderthorn said. "I also crossed the border into Thunderclan. So, long story short, I broke the warrior code." Adderthorn smirked, seeming proud of himself, then stopped and looked at Owlsnatch in a serious manner. "Don't dare tell anyone about this or it will lead to some very bad consequences."
Owlsnatch
Their reaction was gradual, as the corners of their mouth lowered a little. Their wavering smile indicated that they definitely heard what Adderthorn said to them, and it seemed like they were processing the heavy information. Now that they realized it, Adderthorn didn't only carry the faint scent of one of their clanmates... but also a hint of blood. It was extremely hard to pick out, but the news drew more attention to that one, overlooked detail. They were quiet for a long three seconds before a forced laugh came from them. "Oh c'mon, Adderthorn, enough with the silly jokes," they said, but an ear twitched frequently. Owlsnatch was denying it, after trying so hard to pry out the information from the adder's teeth.
Owlsnatch
Their smile was faltering, and a weak chuckle left their maw. "Oh heh... I uh, I see," they forced out, trying not to betray their feelings of fear towards the other. After all, they were Owlsnatch! They shouldn't be afraid! "Haha, what would you do if I told anyone, kill me or something?" they questioned with another weak laugh. "Nah, nah nah, you wouldn't..." The information stayed in their stomach like a stone, making them ill. Adderthorn, a respected warrior of Shadowclan, broke the warrior code by border crossing and attempted murder?
the woman was too stunned to speak))
Darkvern:
Having followed the two silently in the shadows, her eyes widened with the words that left Adderthorn’s mouth but quickly narrowed with a nasty smile. She waited if Adderthorn had more to say but disappointed when he left for the camp. She was pretty sure Owlsnatch already knew she had been eavesdropping on the two so she steps out of the bushes after Adderthorn was clear from sight. “My, my, Owlsnatch.. What do you think we should do about this hm..?” Her intentions were no better than the situation.
HAHA pls 😭)
Owlsnatch
The warrior's ear was constantly twitching as Adderthorn left them stunned. "Hold on, you can't do that! I'm-" They whirled around to see that he was gone already, and there was no use trying to dissuade the tom anyway. Their heterochromatic gaze was fixated on the direction Adderthorn came from, before tearing their eyes away at the sound of bushes rustling. They figured another cat was eavesdropping on them, and Darkvern's scent was stronger now that she was out of her hiding spot. The warrior wasn't usually intimidated by other cats, but the confrontation left them more tense, and their tail was fluffed up and swaying side to side. They weren't sure what side Darkvern was on exactly. "... What do you suggest we do?" Owlsnatch murmured with narrowed eyes towards the direction Adderthorn went. They were taking a moment to compose themselves. *I shouldn't be frightened! I'm Owlsnatch! There's got to be a solution!* They kept telling themselves.
Darkvern:
She flicked around her paw, examining it with an unsheathed claw. "Well~ You know what happens if we keep secrets don't you? The leader will find out either way so why not just tell them first? Better safe than sorry~" She ends her words with a wink of her eye, smiling at them. This cat was pure evil.
Owlsnatch
The gray feline bristled a little, noticing how the other didn't seem to worry so much about the situation they were in. In fact, a malicious aura came off of Darkvern in waves, branching out to inflict Owlsnatch with fear. However, they tried not to give away how unsettled they were, by both Adderthorn's threat and Darkvern's responses. For some reason, telling the leader the facts seemed simpler than it would be... The warrior looked conflicted. "Now I'm wondering why you don't seem to be very concerned about this," they murmured with flattened ears and slitted pupils. Perhaps mocking or provoking Owlsnatch would coax them into telling on Adderthorn, targeting their pride as a potential weakness.
Darkvern:
"Ah, my my, don't tell me you have such a soft-heart for Adderthorn? Now where did the Owlsnatch I've known go?" Walking circles around them, she can sense the uncertainty from both his response and the way his ears had flattened. "Indeed I'm not very concerned about this current situation but I have a good reason. It's not like this isn't the first time I'd dealt with something like this~." It was not a lie, mostly due to her being one of the senior warriors.
Owlsnatch
That was it; the net has been set for the bird. Owlsnatch's pelt felt warm with irritation, offended by the mockery. "Pfff, me, soft for that- that badger-heart?" They said, an eye twitching once as a strained smile formed on their face. How dare Darkvern think of Owlsnatch to be *soft!* They weren't soft, no! No no, this was Owlsnatch they were talking about! They weren't soft or scared! At least, that's what they repeated in their mind. "I just need to think this through first," they said, disregarding the implied message in Darkvern's next reply.
Owlsnatch
The warrior was now alone- at least, that's what they assumed. Their thoughts dulled their awareness of their surroundings; they didn't know Twigbranch was eavesdropping on the two. Their uneasiness rested heavy in their stomach, and they looked towards the direction of camp, assumably where Darkvern went. Owlsnatch took a hesitant step in that way, before shaking their head. Perhaps... this could work out, and Adderthorn wouldn't be a threat anymore. *Backing down is for cowards,* Owlsnatch thought to themselves, recalling their mother's words. They weren't a coward or soft. With that, they regained their confidence and began to return to camp. They must find the perfect moment to tell the leader...
I DIDNT EVEN REALIZE TWIGSNAKE WAS WATCHING THEM HEL-))
Darkvern:
Her left ear twitches as she picks up on the sound of what seemed to be another cat eavesdropping on them. Taking in the scent she located, she recognized who it was. She wasn't upset though, just slightly annoyed. Rolling her eyes, she decided to leave Twigsnake alone for now but made it clear that she knew they were watching them.
Owlsnatch
Once Owlsnatch was back at camp, they scanned their surroundings. Apart from Darkvern and a few warriors, there wasn't much activity. Owlsnatch scented the air for Adderthorn, catching a slightly strong scent. Their clanmate wasn't here... but it hasn't been long since they left either. *Maybe I should wait...?* They thought to themselves, glancing at the leader's den. *Forget waiting, this is urgent,* Owlsnatch thought to themselves before walking to the leader's den. After a cautious look behind their shoulder, they entered the den.

Darkvern:
She was in her typical spot in the camp and watches as Owlsnatch made their way towards what seemed to be the leader's den. Tail twitching, she looked back at her apprentice who was carrying fresh moss back into the camp to clean out the other dens also giving her a nod for reassurance that she was doing a great job.
Featherpaw:
Her eyes lit up as her mentor approved of her hard labor and picked up her pace. She also caught her mentor staring after Owlsnatch, cocking her head to the side, wondering what the two had discussed out of camp.
Owlsnatch
Owlsnatch pushed through the lichen that veiled the inside of the leader's den, granting its inhabitants privacy. Owlsnatch spotted the dark gray feline in the center of the area, grooming their long fur. The elder cat stopped what they were doing though, and their amber eyes were fixed on the warrior.
"Owlsnatch," they greeted calmly with a little smile as they straightened their posture. "I'd have preferred if you'd notify me beforehand." However, they seemed unbothered by his presence.
"I'm sorry, Vulturestar," Owlsnatch said with a dip of his head. "I would've done that if the issue wasn't so... important."
"Important?" Vulturestar repeated, blinking once slowly. "Hm, Shadowclan has been doing fine for the moment though... Very well, tell me what's wrong."
Owlsnatch
He struggled to meet Vulturestar's gaze, quiet for some time. As the moments passed, the leader's tail swayed. "Well...?" Vulturestar prompted, unaware of how bad the situation was, not to mention the risk the warrior was putting himself in.
Owlsnatch took a deep breath. *Ignore the minnow-dunged threat, it'll be nothing once you tell them,* he thought to himself. "I... don't think Shadowclan is safe," he started. Not the best way to word it, but it was a starter. "... Not with a certain... cat around." Now, there was no turning back.
Confusion flickered in Vulturestar's gaze. "Huh...?" they repeated. "Our Clan in danger...? Tell me, Owlsnatch, who must you be referring to?" As they awaited a reply, the water pool Vulturestar drank from began to ripple. A subtle sign that will become noticeable later. Vulturestar walked over to the younger warrior and searched his gaze. "Tell me." They spoke in a soft yet commanding tone.

One of Owlsnatch's tufted ears twitched a few times. He opened his mouth to speak, only to pause again. "His name... His name is Adderthorn," he murmured before immediately looking at the entrance as if the other would be there. He met Vulturestar's gaze again, noticing how their eyebrows furrowed.
"Him...?" Vulturestar spoke with a hint of doubt in their words. "But he's one of Shadowclan's finest warriors. Why do you think he puts the Clan in danger, Owlsnatch?" The gray feline's gaze fell to the ground, catching how they said "think" and not "know."
"He... Adderthorn confessed of attempted murder. He tried to kill one of our *own* warriors," Owlsnatch said while emphasizing his last words. He also crossed a border into another Clan, putting ours at risk of war. War, Vulturestar. And earlier, he threatened death upon me if I told you any of this." While he murmured these words, his voice shook a little at the last statement. However, he didn't avert his eyes away from the leader this time
Owlsnatch
He watched as Vulturestar's inner eyebrows slightly raised up with each statement. They seemed stunned to hear about this side of Shadowclan's warrior. Vulturestar murmured, "No... I would've known if he did such things..."
"Just listen to me," Owlsnatch mewed, betraying their desperation and fear. They tried their best to compose themselves, not wanting to raise their voice. "... Can't you, the leader, do anything about this? This isn't... Adderthorn shouldn't be in this Clan. His actions are immoral."
Vulturestar exhaled slowly, their foreclaw tapping the stone ground in deep thought. As much as they didn't want to believe what Adderthorn did was true, Owlsnatch didn't seem like he was making any of this up. "I'll..." Vulturestar started. Owlsnatch leaned in, anticipating their decision. (word limit again but feel free to respond XD)
(not Featherpaw getting ignored LOL)
Owlsnatch
Owlsnatch heard pawsteps from behind him, and he whirled around to see who it was. His fur bristled, assuming it was Adderthorn. When he realized it was just Twigsnake, the warrior flattened his fur and relaxed his posture. Owlsnatch's ears perked up at the two words that left the other's maw, realizing the possible implied message behind that response. Was Twigsnake the one Adderthorn tried to kill? With the faint smell of blood and the sight of scars, it had to be the case.
Vultureshadow blinked and said, "Twigsnake. We didn't know you were listening in." They then thought about what both Twigsnake and Owlsnatch said about this issue, both agreeing on the same thing. Now, they were more likely to believe this information, even if difficult to comprehend. "I... I see," Vulturestar murmured, letting out a long sigh. "I'll... perhaps I'll talk this out with the deputy before-"
(fcking word limit holdon)
Owlsnatch
"Vulturestar!" Owlsnatch cut the leader off, eyes fixated on something behind them. From the rippling waters of Vulturestar's den pool, a snake had slithered out and darted to the cats, alarming them of its presence. By the time Vulturestar stopped talking to see why Owlsnatch was so worried, it already made its way to the leader and climbed up one of their legs. However, it turned out to be a common watersnake, so it fortunately wasn't venomous. It loosely wrapped around Vulturestar's neck but stayed there, slit pupils gazing at Owlsnatch and Twigsnake.
Vulturestar expected it to attack, but it didn't to their surprise. "Where did it...?" They trailed off and looked towards the pool, which was where the reptile came from. "... Is this a sign...?"
Alarmed and confused, Owlsnatch said, "What- Vulturestar." He made an attempt to get the snake off, only to receive a warning hiss. Owlsnatch's eyes narrowed. "What sign? I don't get it? Doesn't that *thing* bother you?"
(still going)
Owlsnatch
Vulturestar didn't seem like they were looking at the two, in thought at the moment. "... It came from the pool... it must be some sign from our ancestor." Owlsnatch didn't understand what was going on. He thought Vulturestar was going to take action for Adderthorn's misdeeds, but now they were interrupted by this snake. To make things even more confusing, Vulturestar was mumbling absolute nonsense about some *sign* because of this snake.
"Vulturestar, please, about Adderthorn," Owlsnatch mewed, and Vulturestar finally looked at him.
"... I can't do it," they said.
"Can't do what? Exile him?" Owlsnatch raised his voice without knowing. "Vulturestar, whatever omen you got, it doesn't excuse Adderthorn from-"
"Adderthorn is staying," Vultureshadow boomed, silencing the warrior. "Starclan... the snake from the pool... This must mean Adderthorn belongs here. It was sent here as a message." (and-)

Adderthorn, listening to every word they were saying, was happy and relieved that he was going to stay and not be exiled from Shadowclan but also confused. 'Why?....' he wondered, but when he heard Vulturestar talk about an omen sent from Starclan, it made it even more perplexed. Why would Starclan send an omen about him? He had tried to kill Twigsnake after all. He had so many questions, yet no answers.
oh my god i was in the middle of drawing @zsyrup's oc when i deleted it by accident, wooo i love fa))
Darkvern:
Hidden in the bushes somewhere near the leader's den, she overheard the leader's words. She frowns, disappointed but remains by the den in case there may be a change in Vulturestar which she doubts.
Featherpaw:
She watched as Twigsnake head into the leader's den for a while before quickly snapping out of her trance, rebundling the moss to carry.
Owlsnatch
He genuinely thought Vulturestar was going to do something with Adderthorn, after hearing the same thing from both Twigsnake and him. However, for some reason, Vulturestar found more credibility in this unusual omen. He nodded in agreement with the brown demi-she, the thought of death sending an unpleasant rush of adrenaline. "You actually need to think this through, please," Owlsnatch said, and they couldn't help but raise their voice. "There can never truly be peace with *him* around."
"Enough!" Vulturestar hissed, their long tail lashing out from behind them. As the snake slithered down and retreated to the pool, they continued, "My choice is final. Starclan has spoken, so Adderthorn will stay here in our Clan."
Owlsnatch was frozen in silence, and he glanced at Twigbranch with wide, heterochromatic eyes. What should they do?!
Darkvern:
She couldn't help but grin as tension began to draw among the cats. She licked her muzzle again as she continued to listen in. THIS was what she had been looking forward into. Absolute chaos and despair. She didn't feel a thing for the two warriors at all. They listened in on her advice and they executed it perfectly. She had nothing to do with the two anymore.
Featherpaw:
She couldn't help but worry for the two warriors that entered the leader's den and hadn't made a reappearance in a while. But she had other things to tend to as she continued onward.
Vulturestar
Vulturestar's stare didn't waver upon hearing her cold tone. They straightened their posture and said, "... You two are dismissed now." They then added, "May Starclan light your path."
Owlsnatch
"Starclan my foot," Owlsnatch murmured under his breath before exiting the den. Apparently, this got the two nowhere, and Vulturestar didn't seem like they planned on punishing Adderthorn. "This is toad-brained." Why couldn't the leader listen to them?
(sonic music plays)
Owlsnatch
The warrior heard the sound of a rustle, and they whirled around to see who it was. Sure enough, as if the odds were in their favor, Owlsnatch met Adderthorn's malicious green gaze. Their eyes narrowed and they unsheathed their claws, bracing for an attack. They weren't sure if Adderthorn would dare to attack them in camp, but they were ready to fight with Twigsnake if necessary.
"Oh, calm down. I'm not going to hurt you, not in the middle of camp. I just wanted to get a reaction from you." he laughs, then abruptly stops and moving his eyes to Twigsnake. "You better be glad you're alive Twigsnake." he spits, assuming that they already know of his attempted murder, then he runs off, into the warrior's den.
Owlsnatch
Adderthorn's cruel laugh caused anger to bubble within Owlsnatch, and they dug their claws further into the soil to hold themselves back. Not only were they cursed with this lasting emotion of anxiety, but they felt a little humiliated too. Owlsnatch was afraid deep down. Afraid of what Adderthorn could do, as he could strike any moment. "I can't believe Vulturestar is fine with *this,*" Owlsnatch murmured once Adderthorn was gone. "Frog-dung... what should we do?" The two were stuck in this situation together. Should they try asking the deputy? Seek help from other clanmates? Owlsnatch wasn't sure.
Owlsnatch
The warrior stared down at their paws, knowing that Twigsnake was right. They were struggling to think of solutions, their ear twitching a few times. The two couldn't just go up against the leader, since that wouldn't work... And they were the only ones who knew of Adderthorn's true colors. But, if they couldn't get help from within their own Clan. "I... have an unusual and risky idea," Owlsnatch said in a low murmur, looking back up at the brown feline. However, they weren't sure if they should say it in the middle of the camp clearing.

The gray feline examined their surroundings, before deciding to lead Twigsnake behind the elder's den, where a lot of foliage grew and could provide them a bit of privacy. "Okay, hear me out for a moment," they whispered. "If we can't get help from our clanmates... What if we made some secret alliance or truce, or- I don't know... Work something out with another Clan, or at least a cat from another Clan?" Since this was a crazy idea, seeking help outside of Shadowclan, they added, "Some Clans may be concerned with the idea of a murderer in one Clan, not wanting to put their cats in danger. Or maybe we can try to offer something for their help... I don't know... I just felt like there had to be some way to get us out of this situation."

The warrior didn't think about how they could be betraying Vulturestar, until Twigbranch brought it up. Owlsnatch thought for a moment, seemingly hesitant at first. "... Well, if Vulturestar was a good leader, they'd have acted for the safety of our Clan. They must understand that we're doing this with good intentions. Omen or not, Adderthorn needs to be stopped, before he could put the others at risk. Let's just try to be careful, and start by asking a few cats." Owlsnatch paused and sighed. "I don't really like having to cooperate with others, since that can be a pain... but it's kind of a last resort right now."
haha maybe! Maybe when the situation improves, Owlsnatch will get a bit of their old personality back)

Owlsnatch frowned at the mention of Thunderclan, recalling their past skirmishes with the other Clan. "Yeah, we don't really get along," they agreed. "And yeah, maybe if we're lucky, we can find a Riverclan cat at the border, or a pawful at most." Hopefully, they won't draw too much attention. "We'll just have to find the right moment to leave camp since... you know." They assumed Twigsnake would know who they were referring to.
Owlsnatch
"Let's try going to the border when he's asleep," they mewed after thinking for a bit. "Then we can go to the border we share Riverclan with. If we're lucky, we could come across at least a Riverclan cat. Say we need their help, and hopefully we can convince them. Riverclan is considered an ally, so maybe they'll be more willing to help than Vulturestar." They weren't sure how this was going to go, but they were willing to try.

Owlsnatch also noticed that Adderthorn was asleep, much to both of their fortune. A sigh of relief left their maw, glad they had their opportunity. Now, they must take it. "Yeah," they whispered before following Twigsnake. The two soon snuck out of camp, embarking on a risky journey. Owlsnatch caught up with the other and looked behind their shoulder, before continuing to move.
(feeling a little better now, will be busy still ^^)

Owlsnatch would've noticed Leafspark if she was downwind, but that wasn't the case, so they couldn't detect Leafspark's presence by scent. However, they did catch Riverclan's fish scent, now strong in the air. Owlsnatch's ears perked up slightly, assuming that it meant there was a Riverclan cat nearby. "I think someone's here," they whispered to Twigsnake. Now, they just had to figure out what to say and hope for the best.
I hate school sm)

Owlsnatch tensed a little, but to their relief, the Riverclan cat seemed nice. The warrior relaxed their posture a little before glancing at Twigsnake when it seemed like they recognized her. "You two met before?" they queried with a raised brow, before looking back at the Riverclan cat. "...Who are you?" Owlsnatch asked curiously since they didn't know their name, making sure not to sound hostile. There was definitely some explaining for the two to do.

"Oh, okay." Owlsnatch didn't befriend many cats outside of their clan, mostly since those cats couldn't stand their ego and "annoying" personality. The gray feline looked at Embersplash for some moments. "You don't... seem half bad," they said with a shrug. That was a compliment... kind of? "Anyway, some uh, stuff happened in our Clan and uh, we need your..." Owlsnatch trailed off, not finishing their statement. "Uh..."
Owlsnatch
Owlsnatch had been trailing off due to how admitting vulnerability to another cat felt... extremely odd, let alone someone from another Clan. But Embersplash's second statement allowed them to push through, in order to stress the urgency of this situation.
"It actually could concern your Clan," Owlsnatch said with a small sigh. "...There's a cat in Shadowclan- a cat named Adderthorn- who's broken a few codes, including crossing borders and attempting murder." At the last two words, they exchanged a quick glance at Twigsnake before continuing. "Twigsnake and I are in need of... help. Our leader refused to do anything about this... and with him around, he could cause conflicts with other clans and put more cats in danger."
Leafspark eyes widened with fear and a bit of confusion. "Adderthorn!?" She said to herself, a bit too loudly but didn't notice that she had said anything at all. The flashbacks started to come back and she shook her head in disbelief. Leafspark couldn't believe her brother was still up to his games, or if you would even call them games anymore.
-Twig'Snake flicked an ear and looked around, having heard a voice after Owl'snatch had finished speaking and got to their paws while Ember'Splash fluffed up in disbelief before looking over at Twig'Snake's neck, now seeing the cobwebs that held the herbs in place. "He tried to kill them?" The Riverclan cat hissed-
