Also, to those arguing that it's not all about art, do keep in mind this is /an art and animation website./ Sure, it's completely ok to follow people if they're nice and are friendly, but last I checked we're talking about art. They're overrated because of art. Some may find their artwork enjoyable to look at, and I respect that, but ANYONE could replicate it in 5 minutes or less. There (from what i've seen) is hardly any effort going towards their art, and thus no improvement. Overall, yes, they are overrated, but this is an easy fix by adding animation /or/ branching out. Being more creative, as well.

It's okay to feel proud but like,, they need to try something new! Branch out! sksksk this is adressed to them, if they even attempt to read these: You might think you suck at drawing something, but the more you draw it and put effort into it, the better you'll get. Drawing the same thing over and over that doesn't even take that much skill won't get you places, there make it unique and make it your own. Adding animation or branching out would add the lacking creativity.

I see where you come from, and I don't mean to be stuck in my own arrogance but their art is just stickfigures without animation. I'm sure they're a decent person and all, but as someone who generally puts a lot of effort forth into my work to make it fit together and prefers quality over quantity it is frustrating to see something simple that I could replicate in less than 5 minutes drown out mine and other artist's work that have animation or that use complex color schemes or have great shading.

I understand,I respect your opinion. I do think that she could put forth more effort but still...she’s a good person and wouldn’t want epic to be hurt,she’s a good person. Just maybe she could start looking into this and start trying to improve herself

Right, I feel as if maybe i'm coming off a bit too rudely. Honestly, branching out would benefit them greatly in my opinion. You're going to suck the first few times you try something new, but more effort and practice would bring them to where they need to be. Also, perhaps, studying other's style and trying to build their own.
