Linkif you use the 0.2 black for shading, some spots on hair look good with a second layer... I don't think that would really improve it, because you have a cartoony style, but I think it might look kinda cool. :)

Its really good! if you were to improve it, I would say have the drawing be a light gray (not the outline, like, the fill) and highlight the character with a 0.2 white.
