People really don't take kick warnings seriously ISTG. I was hosting a jam and gave like five time warnings (my computer was struggling and I have to be able to actually see to mod, so I had to close the art jam), and people still wouldn't leave, so I warned them I'd kick them, and they didn't even care >:\
