He was embarrassed, and was dead silent, questioning why he said that. Sticks, twigs, and branches snapped under his weight as he walked, not caring at all.

A deer ran in front of Shade, causing him to stop dead in his track, his ears perked as he looked around for a moment, then continued walking, now on high alert.

Sure)) "Possibly a cougar... if you see a big cat tell me immediately..."

"Because I don't feel like knocking a cougar or bear out today..." A low growl came from behind them, didn't sound friendly at all.

"Get off now.." He turned around quickly, his ears flattened, and low and behold, there was a large ass cougar in front of him.

He growled slightly, his ears still flattened. And bam- Shade has been slammed to the ground and is now in a scuffle with a cat the same size as him.

That was probably not a good idea to do, but shade wasn't gonna allow him to get hurt at all. They still scuffled for a moment, Shade had gotten bitten on the throat, he was bleeding a bit, but he didn't care. He hit the cougar hard in the chest, a crunch being heard as he hit it.

Shade had been in this situation before, he hit its snout hard. it was at this point that the cat lurched back and got off of him. Shade got up quickly, despite bleeding badly. The cat started to run off out of fear when shade stood up.

"I'll be fine, it's just a scratch", it was not a scratch, he was bleeding a lot enough to the point he was getting visibly drowsy from blood loss.

"yep... we gotta get to the cabin though, right now I'm practical bait for something bigger..." he casually picked him up, holding him away from his wounds so he didn't get any blood other than what was already on his hands. He walked to where the cabin was, his ears perked.

he opened the door and walked in, closing it and locking it behind him, setting Avi down, his ears perked

"yep" he realized that his paws were covered in blood, glancing over at Avi "do you want me to wash the blood off your clothes?.."

"you don't have extra's do you..."

"keep on your boxers then, unless if you're alright with being nude..." he casually grabbed some gauze and bandages, calmly packing the wound on his neck with gauze. He had gotten a large gash on his chest as well, he put a bit of gauze over that too and wrapped it up with the bandages

"Alright..." his tail wagged slowly walking out of the room for a moment, then coming back with a deer pelt blanket walking over and handing it to him, his tail wagging slowly. "deer pelt if ya get cold, always keeps ya nice and warm.."

"no problem, but Ima need your clothes if ya want them washed" :^ he calmly waited, his ears perked still.

"thank you" he took his clothes into hand, casually walking out the back door to a washing machine he had out there, his tail wagging happily. The only reason he had a washing machine was because of Jaymason. Speaking of which, Jaymason was out like a light in his room.

He put Avi's clothes in the washing machine, putting his own pants in there as well, his tail wagging slowly as he walked back in, he kept his boxers on to not make Avi uncomfortable, but he didn't need a blanket either.
