Unfortunately, 0,1 opacity is more useful with tablet. With mouse it would be rather, RATHER hard. Almost impossible and will take months of work.

I have two relatives who are married, that are professional animators with all the tools.... Tools that are provided for them because of the firm's they work for, as is the case with computer design, unless you can afford the expensive software.... I don't have all that, and don't really ask them simplistic questions. I just learn what I can with inexpensive tools available online. Imagine what could be done if quality tools were available to all artists. I do like this online tool, and am new to it. It does take time to learn to use them.
