selling organs is actually great way to make bank. if you can even figure out how to find people to sell organs to. a life of crime is actually very complicated to build if you dont have connections. also like, doing surgery on yourself to remove them is a no go. hands aint steady enough and you have no idea what your cutting into, which could damage the organs and make them worthless to sell. also like, it still hurts yknow. which is eh, but also pain really impacts your ability to do surgery, especially when you are not a surgeon. so now you also have to find someone reliable to cut you open and get the organs out and wont question the amount of times you have them cut you open to get the same organs out every time and that wont try to steal them for themselves, or report you to some organ stealing cartel. selling organs is not a great way to make bank if you are not already in or near the organ selling business.
like hypothetically you could learn to do surgery if you really wanted to, internet is full of resources. medical school is clearly not possible with a lack of credentials to make it into literally any school, better yet a hospital as a resident. but like you could just try to fixate on learning medical and surgical information a lot. not very fun tho. no point if youre already struggling to make connections in the vast world of crime to try and sell shit. selling sketchy human remains is probably a lot easier. people love buying human bones but also people will try to verify ethical sourcing a lot more frequently which brings a lot more legal questioning around which is not good
