So this is Tempo! He's my second favorite because awooga SO the reason on why he's green is because he's sanitized!!(splatoon lore stuff) He is a skilled scientist who constantly tests on the army he has held in his hands, his experiments usually cruel and pushing the body and mind to it's limits He's a ruthless murderer, striking fear into the hearts of his subjects by making an example of those who even accidentally mess up He's 22 years old, 6'11 and 240lbs, talk abt a big boy! He also has a pet cat named Paris :3
