My guess is either Burn Blister Queen Thorn or Queen Oaisis
Might be Dune. But his wings aren't injured it looks like he can still fly

She's a hybrid of a sandwing and mudwing, but I guess it's a little harder to tell if you can't see her other wing (has a brown patch at the bottom of it) or her tail, which doesn't have a barb.
On the animation I attached it tells a little bit more about her in my comment.
(Don't feel bad for mistaking her as a cannon character, it just tells me she needs a slight redesign ^^)
