Hmhm tbh I wish I could help I have th exact same feeling The only wah I deal w it is either telling myself that its not that big of a deal or just tell the person that I care about how its like testing me down yk So like for example my friends just seeing them upset either makes me so angry I want to immediately fight whoever made them upset or I wanna cry w them
