OK ILL START It was late, maybe 1 or 2 in the morning? Jericho stood at the back of an empty, dimly lit alleyway. He would be barely visible if anyone had seen him. He seemed to be taking a phone call. "Yes, I understand that, but please, just listen to what I'm telling you!" He spoke in what seemed like an almost low growl, his tail swaying behind him.

He turned around quickly, not noticing her yet. "I've told you 3 times now! How do you not understa-" He had finally noticed faith now, and hung up the phone, putting it in his jacket picket. "where you listening to me that whole time?" He seemed somewhat embarrassed, yet still angry.

He pressed his hand against his forehead. "Why, may I ask, where you listening?" He was obviously annoyed, and it seemed like a pretty heated phone call.

He sighed, smiling softly, still obviously annoyed. "My apologies, miss. I didn't see you."

The man happened to walk pass the shop, clearly visible through the window. His eyes looking almost amber in the sunlight apposed to the streetlight.

He laughed. "I thought you weren't scared? Guess that's changed, hm?" He smiled.

He ran up in front of her and started to walk backward, facing her. "Aww, why? It's nice having someone to talk to." He shrugged. "I enjoy your company."

"And I'm a dark fey. You don't need to hide it." He turned around, letting her catch up with him, then walking by her side.

She wasn't going that much faster than him because of the height difference, making it easy to catch up with her.

"No, I just wanted to chat." He shrugged, putting his hands in his pockets. "Why, do you have anywhere you need to be?"

He tilted his head. "Whatever do you mean by that?"

He stopped, his face turning a bit red. "O-Only if that's what you wish." He chuckled nervously. He had no idea if she was joking or not.

He stayed quiet for a moment. "N-not necessarily." He tried his best to ignore the urge to wrap his wings around himself like a cocoon. That's what his mother taught him to do if there was ever danger as a child.

He stayed silent, thinking about it, turning more red. Did he really want her to kiss him? A little bit. Was he going to admit that? Heck no. Still, he stood there, frozen, seeing what she was gonna do.

He gulped and started to stutter. "I uh... Um. I-" He couldn't get a sentence out. What was he doing? He was supposed to be this big, bad, scary guy! Not this! He debated whether he should step back or not.
