i did come up with like a funny little lore bit for him( if you wanna use it) he was a monster hunter until he got bit by a vampire on one of his hunts. he didn't know he got turned into a vampire until sunlight touched his skin and burned half of his upper body. now he always where's a hat with him outside, just so he can still walk around during the day time.
