Celeste is a sun goddess!! Especially about solar eclipses. She radiates a soft light from all the ornaments along her body, and radiates a soft warmth. She is welcoming to subjects of the earth(?) she takes care of and keeps warm and gives energy to. She tends to leave little signs for those her pray for her and favor her.

I say "earth" but you can work her into whatever planet you want!!
