ok leg anatomy isn't going to great so far, in the sense I'm trying to make them more anthro like. Also those feet could use some work, plus the eyes

I usually start with circles. head, chest and hips. Then I do arms and legs and some fur ideas for the head. I find that circles for the head change what it will look like in the end tho so I didn't do it this time. What kind of shapes could I use for the legs?
