Some people don't wanna talk about things that are happening in their life, although i agree.

What would you rather you talk about some uncomfortable stuff with someone that is legally not allowed to discuss it with anyone else or you suffer with emotional issues for a very long time Pretty easy choice imo id much rather manage my depression than never talk abt my trauma
