Having powers are uncommon, but possible of having them. Northern Karyxians, have ice powers. They can vary from freezing opponents, to creating decoys or blizzards. They can pass on to the offspring as well.
So, North Karyxians live in cold places. Their thick fur helps them adapt, so that's why there isn't a lot of sleek furred ones, who either die or move to another area. They have strong legs, and can run up to 40 mph.
It may seem obvious, that they're rivals are the Northern Karyxians, who live in Volcanic places.
southern? you just said northern karyxians live in volcanic and are rivals to *northern* karyxians who have ice powers
