it's been 4 hours now and I've had it in cold for the entire time

the first minute cold water, next 30 minutes directly in front on an air conditioner then the rest of the time ice packs (melted 3 now)

this pain is excruciating if I take the ice pack off for more than 10 seconds

probably am, it'll get better while I sleep surely
