A male Odohino cleaned out a certain Space in his territory, waiting for female to come by, he marked the trees around it with his scent,females could smell this from miles away,after cleaning a rather large circle out of his territory making a clearing, he practiced a dance,it consisted of shaking out his mane till it was fully fluffed out and jumping around a massive tree trunk where the female would sit.He was already filled with vibrant colors all in his mane,when he shook his mane out,the area around his head looked like and exotic bird.This was the first spring he was doing this since he was a rather young and inexperienced male. He sniffed the air and the smell of rancid smoke filled it. He laid his mane flat and waited. A female Odohino quietly walked into the clearing and perched neatly on the tree trunk,sitting like a dog.
