Neuropsych hasn't sent the report for me it's been EIGHT WEEKS and because of this insurance won't let me get OT because there isn't a "reason"

They said it'd be done in six weeks. Long time I guess, but it's fine!! I'm fine. They send a BILL to us for the assessment and for the report after we already payed them??? What is happening
