Actually probably not.
How to get followers
1. Post frequently. By that I mean maybe twice a day, not every five seconds
3. Be friendly. Don’t just reply on your own anims, go out and flatter people (especially new peeps)
2. Have patience. Take your time on your art. You aren’t going to get 20 followers overnight and it takes time to build an empire.

I don’t think you have to change personally
Patience is the biggest thing. So - yeah, an art upgrade would be nice. Try to color and shade stuff, you know?
You just have to be kind to all people post comments ( very nice ones :D)
Take time and make anims good quality
And just wait I guess
