It annoys me so much to see old featured anims and people are commenting crap like "why was THIS featured" um did you look at the date it was posted? The editor and upload rate was very different back then, it was impressive to color/animate anything. Yeah you can make cases for some features not deserving it (one of my features is just a tree with a face) but also keep in mind that only one dude has the power to feature, so you're essentially making the argument that this one specific guy shouldn't like that anim because there are better anims out there. It's ridiculous. Don't even get me started on how some people feel entitled to features
