I am pretty sure you did notice that the top of the pigtails are a lighter color than the top of the hair is supposed to be. But, if it is meant like that for a reason, then that is fine. I like the colors, and the way the hair fades to a darker version of the main color. I really like the outfit, where it is just a pure whitish-blue color, other than a broad, neon blue color. and the best part, the purple eyes. I see a lot of artists use one color and different shades of it in an art piece. Meanwhile, you decide to change it up and add a bit of purple to it. Which I really do enjoy. The sketch is pretty smooth, but there are a bit lines out of place. I like it a lot. Please do not take offense to anything I said. (Again, I am not an expert.
