I'm at my mom's friends house, and I'm tired. And now I'm starting to see hallucinations. The most common one is a shadow in the corner of the room. Now I'm terrified and i need help

All i know to get rid of hallucinations is to engage in a game like a puzzle or something or to have a really good rest probably did not help at all sorry
