Linkconstantly wonder if any of my problems are actually seeious or if Im being overdramatic. or if Im actually underplaying serious problems. never sure. never talk about things so who knows lol. scared to ask for help for something and find out Im just being overdramatic and its just something I have to deal with or something

you ever just
become very aware of how loud your breathing is
and try to breath more quietly but then you like
starve your lungs of air and just
need to breath heavier and its a cycle of death
you ever just so annoyed by someone because they dont listen and just think your some dumb sjw
you ever want to strangle a 70 year old white man because he thinks its dumb to care about the environment
golf courses destroy tons of natural habitats and steal acres upon acres of land that animals used to live in and cause horrible damage to the ecosystem but go off grandpa
