so, alot of people are upset right now. which is understandable, sad things happen in life. but maybe to calm yourselves down you should do some things that make you happy. like, say... if drawing makes you happy, draw something. vent a bit. it won't hurt anyone. or maybe go outside? sunshine is really good for helping sadness. maybe just relax. then go to whats making you sad and talk about it, maybe to someone else or to (if its a person) the person.. im just trying to help okay, don't take this outta context.
