I'd give it a 7/10 The way you have created texture is very pleasing and quite realistic and the eyes are very close to a real cat's. To improve and make it more realistic, make the eyes a bit less circular and a bit more slanted. If you need help, look up images of cat eyes. Overall, a very good job!
