LinkPOV: It’s finally gone. The only goal you’ve worked on achieving has been completed. Actually, you’ve been so wrapped up with this mess that any other goal would have been forgotten in an instant. But finally, it’s gone. *...he’s* gone. Your head feels strangely empty, as if something that’s been with you forever has suddenly disappeared, and you’re left with the emptiness and new feeling of something else. Or, the feeling of nothing at all. You look up, and realize you’re in a new place. Surrounding you is a small room, but you’ve never been claustrophobic. Above you, the roof is short, but you’ve never been tall. The room is dark and musty, but you can’t remember the last time you’ve been afraid. Afraid... Silence dances around you as you remember- *...remember?* What is the meaning of… *remember?* (continued)

LinkYou decide to look around the room, but soon realize it’s so cramped that you can barely move. Trying to adjust, your hand falls through a hole in the wall. You blindly search around it, and find yourself opening a chest. You pull a note out, and squint through the darkness. No use. The note is blank, at least you think, and besides, you’re starting to feel discomfort from the tight space. You fumble around trying to remember what direction you came in- *...remember?* What did that mean again? You dismiss the thought as you become distracted by a faint glow of light. It’s barely a reach for your hand to grasp the crack in the corner of the ceiling, but unfortunately, the opening is far too small for even your finger to escape. Discouraged, you attempt to slump down as one would do when let down, but you realize you can’t move at all. Have you gotten bigger? ...Or has the room somehow- No. You can’t panic, though that last word tingles as it crosses your mind. *...remember.* (continued)

LinkYou become aware of signs on the walls. Your fingers brush across them, and it feels like rotted wood. Your hand crosses over ridges that you conclude must be words, but there are also other scars. Ragged scrapes that tore at the wood left a chilling silence in the air. They were the type of scratches one might associate with the word “desperate.” Your heart is suddenly beating faster and you pull your hand away. But curiosity takes the best of you as your hand travels back up to decipher the lettering. Surprisingly, it isn’t much of a struggle. The first word is D. You find an O, N, and a T after it. After you reach the end of the path, you put together “DON'T CHOOSE SIDES, CHOSE PEOPLE.” *...remember.* That word keeps coming back. *...remember.* You shake your head, trying to direct all focus towards the next sign. *...remember.* (continued)

Link“DREAM IS THE REASON.” *...remember.* Your heart is pounding now. You try to pull your hand away but something just won’t let it. You suddenly feel one of the scars in the wood, and your breath stiffens. Something about it feels so real, so close, so *you.* I can’t anymore- I don’t know I don’t know I don’t- Your thoughts are racing and your heart is pounding and you try to take deep breaths but the more you try the more shaky your breath becomes and the more shallow your breaths become and the faster they tear at your throat the more you want to-
