oh god that sucks. I always get anxious hearing about sleep paralysis, then I can't sleep, THEN I read insomnia and lack of sleep CAUSES sleep paralysis, so I HAVE to sleep, but I can't cause I'm anxious so just- yeah shit cycle ig.
