these creatures were once humans that were infected, but during their transformation, a spider from another level had somehow ended up n the pipes and bitten the victims. unlike the pipe dwellers they have eyes but can't see unless something moves, slight fur in places to protect them from fighting and carpet fluid, their mouth is slightly bird-like with tiny millions of teeth ready to grind bones to dust. their color allows them to hide within the pipe shadows, to feast upon the pipe dweller's young. the pipe biters are violent and show little mercy, attacking unprovoked is common. females are larger and brighter in a shade of grey. the males are almost pitch black. certain pipe biters have extra eyes, giving them resemblance to spiders, they can indeed reproduce without infection but the children come in normal spider forms which are forced to infect a human as a HOST. those HOSTS are then either transformed or die from the attempt of transformation.

a week after a juvenile Pipe Dweller was captured the humans had captured a pipe biter with only 10 casualties and 5 infections. the Pipe Biter that was captured was a male, and he seemed to be a little bit more docile than the rest, we've named the failed infectors as Runts, ignored by their hive, and was left to the humans for capture. a few weeks later the humans put the pipe dweller and biter in a cell for interaction. it...surprisingly went very well. both are alive and neither even attempted to attack one another, it almost seemed like they were becoming friends. although they seemed to distrust the surviving humans, and with fair reason too. the pipe biter has been named; "A-1274-Biter" after a few years without incident from the two, the humans allowed them access to the camp and without realizing it, they now had two guard dogs ready to shred anything that dares to come near the camp. B-1274-JQueen and A-1274-Biter are humanity's last hope of survival.

precise age of the two has now been identified. B-1274-JQueen; 17 A-1274-Biter; 20 they age remarkably slow, and they seem to see each other as a family rather than enemies, it's also funny how they care for the human colony as if they were young children of the hive they were from.
