To those who don’t understand: The cat’s owner (the ghost girl) died before the cat did leaving him to fend for himself in the wild. But her as a spirit stayed with him until his last moments. She was there when he died and this is when he comes back as a spirit kitty with his deceased owner over his dead body :) Wholesome and sad, this is what I like these days
