Grooming has nothing to do with age, grooming is a power imbalance thing. Be it an age power imbalance("I'm older so I know more than you"), popularity power imbalance(someone is internet famous and you don't wanna upset them so u do what they tell u) or just a regular power/strength imbalance. This one can include abuse, of all kinds, etc etc.
Grooming is not about age, Grooming is about power imbalances.
Pedophilia is someone over the age of 18 being with someone (sexually in most cases, but also just in general really) 17 and younger. It HAS to do with age
