Original Frisk completes a Pacifist Timeline, sparing an befriending all the monsters in the Underground. Before traveling to the surface, Frisk decides to SAVE, finding that what remained of Asriel's soul had split in two, and Flowey lived on. With Chara's help, the files were once again corrupted. Chara then RESET the game, trapping Frisk in the void and playing a genocide route, going out of their way to kill every monster in the Underground. When Chara fought Sans, a peculiar situation occurred. Sans refused to kill Chara, claiming that anyone can be a good person if they just try. Chara took away a fraction of their SOUL and gave it to Sans, giving him an uncontrollable bird of determination that caused him to fight without thinking. Chara then used the part of their SOUL given to Sans to control him- causing him to kill himself. When Sans' SOUL shattered, it released determination, which allowed Frisk to attempt a RESET. The RESET, however, didn't fully comple

Link(continued)te. Most monsters were brought back to life while none were fully healed. Some personalities changed, some magic changed, some ages changed, some stats were changed, nobody was the same. They were stuck in the void for four years, all the while Gaster trying to find a way to find a way out and Frisk being repeatedly killed by Chara. When Gaster finally found a solution, he died in the process, but everyone was returned to normal. Well, far from normal. Some were barely different while others were nearly unrecognizable. Frisk felt this was her fault (I see Frisk as a girl in this au). She spent her time making others feel better, buy seeing Sans and others depressed made her feel she wasn't doing a good enough job. She removed all the determination from her soul and gave it to Sans, thinking he would do a better job. Sans suffered from this, but he never blamed Frisk. Frisk felt she made everything worse, but still stays happy for others' sake.
